Paediatric Community Physiotherapist

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Community Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing high-quality physiotherapy services for children with musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and rheumatological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver and develop high-quality physiotherapy services for children with musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and rheumatological conditions.
- Work collaboratively with children, young people, parents, and carers to plan and deliver services.
- Manage a caseload of patients and work autonomously to prioritize and manage clinical risk.
- Provide education and supervision to less experienced members of the team.
- Support the management of the Paediatric Physiotherapy service to deliver and develop high-quality services.
- BSc Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Significant experience in MSK and related fields.
- Active member of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Supervision and training of junior staff and students.
- Member of a specialist group.
- CSP membership.
- Experience of assisting in projects within the team.
- Experience at Band 6 level.
- Pain Management experience and knowledge.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team worker.
- Lateral thinker.
- Able to work under pressure and be flexible.
- Motivational and enthusiastic.
