Quattro RS is seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our Engineering Team, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is essential in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to uphold compliance with ISO9001 and NADCAP standards.
- Engage with clients and primary customers to modify internal processes and data documentation to align with specific operational requirements and regulatory surface treatment processes.
- Identify non-conformances and gaps, implementing corrective actions through Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA).
- Provide occasional support to team members during absences due to holidays or illness.
- Generate process data documentation tailored to meet client specifications and requirements.
- Work closely with the Quality Manager to address and resolve technical challenges.
The skills outlined above are crucial for successfully navigating the assessment criteria and examinations associated with this role. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
