About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Weekend Cook to join our team at Sodexo. As a Weekend Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare meals for residents, ensuring high-quality and presentation standards.
  • Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage food stock, waste, and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
