Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a background in managing financial transactions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and payment.
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any payment issues.
- Prepare electronic transfers, checks, and payment runs.
- Record financial transactions in accounting software.
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- At least 2 years of accounts payable or similar finance experience.
