We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our expanding team at Poundland. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile supplier statements to the finance system
- Process invoices and ensure accurate financial transactions
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable department
- Detailed understanding of Accounts Payable processes and controls
- Good working knowledge of stock procedures and reporting
- Ability to work within a team and on an individual basis
