As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with emotional and associated challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and appropriate care practices at all times
  • Support the Manager in all aspects of the home's operation
  • Plan and organize daily routines and activities for residents
  • Develop and implement care plans for individual children
  • Attend review and planning meetings as required
  • Administer medication to children as required
  • Undertake sleeping in duties as required
Requirements:
  • At least two years' experience in residential care within the last five years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
