About the Role

The London Business School is seeking a highly skilled Academic Quality Manager to join our team. As a key member of our academic community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of academic quality and student experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the academic quality framework, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external regulations.
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures for student casework, ensuring compliance with external regulations and best practice.
  • Manage student casework, including investigating cases, preparing reports, and providing expert advice to ensure consistency of procedures and maintenance of academic standards.
  • Provide data and analysis for reporting purposes and scrutiny, identifying trends and opportunities for enhancements to the academic quality framework.
Requirements
  • Experience of managing complaints and/or student casework.
  • Experience of using software related to own area of specialism to extract, analyse and report on data.
  • Good project management skills.
