The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a background in water engineering, systems and processes to join our mechanical team in the Energy, Water and Resources portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the mechanical design of water and wastewater treatment from concept through to detailed design.
  • Develop solutions for utilities and infrastructure assets, industrial processes and manufacturing systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects that may include water & wastewater treatment and supply, flood alleviation, and industrial water and process systems.
  • Apply knowledge of mechanical equipment selection and application in a multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design standards and safety systems.
  • Proficiency in relevant design tools and software, including BIM, Plant 3D, Revit, and other specialist packages.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
