Curo Group (Albion) Limited, a prominent housing organization, is seeking a Community Wellbeing Facilitator to become a vital part of the Community Connect team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage with individuals on a personal level, offering guidance and support through home visits and group interactions.

Your focus will be on helping individuals reconnect with their community and what matters most to them, while also aiding them in managing their health and wellbeing, thereby reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation. You will specifically work with individuals aged 50 and above to help them maintain their independence at home.

Essential Requirements

The Community Wellbeing Facilitator must hold a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.

About You

The ideal candidate for the Community Wellbeing Facilitator position will reside within a reasonable commuting distance and demonstrate the capability to work independently and remotely. You should be well-informed about community dynamics and possess a passion for engaging with individuals from various backgrounds.

Additional qualifications that will contribute to your success in this role include:

  • A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Experience working with elderly populations
  • A background in customer service
  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using mobile applications and the internet.
