Job Role: Assistant Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Wellbeing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized social and leisure schedules for residents, facilitating social links between residents, relatives, and the local community, and inspiring staff to provide creative and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized social and leisure schedules for residents
  • Facilitate social links between residents, relatives, and the local community
  • Inspire staff to provide creative and personalized care

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
