MHA is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the home is compliant with external regulatory requirements and meeting all of our internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Manage data effectively with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Submit payroll information to our central support office and maintain clear and accurate records of resident and MHA assets.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
