Job Summary:

Gibson Search is seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team as a Building Services Specialist. As a key member of our commercial building services provider, you will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed technical drawings using your CAD skills and knowledge of mechanical building services systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical drawings based on project specifications
  • Modify drawings and layouts as required
  • Ensure compliance with UK industry standards and regulations
  • Ensure the correct level and accuracy of technical content on all projects

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD gained through qualification and/or experience
  • Building Services experience, specifically mechanical aspects
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail and capacity to work to deadlines and timescales
