About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cook to join our team at Westerlands Care Village in Brough. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals, snacks, and beverages in line with our residents' dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct quality checks on food prepared and stored to ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Plan and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and tastes of our residents.
  • Assist with food service to ensure a dignified and enjoyable dining experience for our residents.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and order supplies as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
