Are you an accomplished Power Platform Lead with experience in a Data and Analytics setting? If so, you may be the perfect fit for this role. Our team serves as a center of excellence for Power Platform Solutions.

In this position, you will supervise a Power Platform Specialist who will assist you in delivering governance, design, and deployment of standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and refining Power Platform governance, which encompasses application lifecycle management, development standards, guidelines, and deployment protocols.
  • Collaborating with the Global Architecture team to discover opportunities for enhancing the Power Platform toolset to fulfill business needs.
  • Ensuring design integrity for visualizations created by product development teams.
  • Staying informed about Microsoft releases and identifying potential business applications.

Are you prepared to support business teams and Power BI advocates as a subject matter expert? You will ensure that developments adhere to best practice guidelines. Do you enjoy collaborating with BI Architects and Engineers to facilitate self-service for business teams? Building and nurturing relationships with key user communities will also be part of your role.

You will be at the forefront of essential activities in Power Platform governance, user community engagement, solutions development, and user skills enhancement.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerBI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in developing new PowerApps model and canvas-driven applications, as well as enhancing existing applications using Dataverse as a data source.
  • Expertise in automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Ability to create custom connectors for Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience with API or REST services integrations.
  • Understanding of implementing solutions with multiple data sources.
  • Providing development and support for Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of creating SQL Server database tables and stored procedures.
  • Experience in agile project environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex business requirements into actionable insights for clients.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, multi-functional teams within the organization and its ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable experience in a business analyst, software engineering, or technical engineering role.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certification and/or an undergraduate degree in a related field.
