Job Summary

The Pioneer Learning Trust is a small but growing Trust of collaborative schools in Luton. We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Wellbeing Team.

The role involves supporting a pupil with additional needs individually and in small groups, while working under the full direction of the class teacher. You will assist with classroom organisation, prepare learning resources, and help ensure every child has access to learning opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is committed to getting the best out of their pupils, sets high expectations, and supports children to meet these. You will be able to recognise and value the diverse social and cultural needs of our children and communities.

Requirements
