We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse in Mental Health and Learning Disability Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based inpatient nursing care to patients with mental health and learning disabilities, in partnership with the multidisciplinary team and patients' families.
- Act as a primary nurse in the assessment of patients' needs and organization of care.
- Coordinate shifts and provide supervision to support workers and students.
We provide a range of mental health and learning disability services to adults, children, and young people across East Sussex. Our services include Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), Community Mental Health Teams, Inpatient Services, and Specialist services such as perinatal mental health and early intervention in psychosis.
