Learning Disability Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Ticehurst. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
