Job Title: Young Adults Learning Disability Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Southport. As a Young Adults Learning Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs to lead a more independent life.

Job Summary:

  • Provide care and support to residents with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs
  • Observe, monitor, and keep a record of resident conditions
  • Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty
  • Help residents progress through a care pathway to live as independently as possible

Requirements:

  • A desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
