Reeta Vickers Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Head of Studio and Client Services to join their team.

This role will involve strategically overseeing and planning campaigns from client briefs, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets are met. You will work closely with other departments to ensure all aspects of the client brief are completed.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills, able to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • At least 6 years' experience in a similar role from an agency background
  • Ability to manage a small team and collaborate with other departments
  • Strong project management skills with experience working with diverse clients and client briefs
  • Marketing skills including strategy, campaign planning, copywriting, ideas generation, delivery, and reporting
  • Ability to plan and deliver solid results for marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Organized and able to manage own workload, with a focus on KPIs
  • Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality customer care
  • Marketing knowledge and experience working with clients in various sectors

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically oversee and plan campaigns from client briefs
