Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the charity's mission and goals.
- Lead the fundraising and communications team to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners.
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to set the direction for the charity and tackle strategic challenges.
- Extensive fundraising experience in a compatible context, specifically across key areas of income generation.
- Relevant professional qualifications or qualified through experience (either fundraising or communications).
- Leadership at a senior executive level with experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders, colleagues, and Trustees to deliver fundraising and marketing objectives.
