This 90-bed facility stands as one of the UK's leading independent providers of specialized rehabilitation services for adults facing intricate mental and physical health challenges.

They offer a comprehensive care pathway that encompasses acute services for both genders, alongside Medium Secure and Low Secure units.

The complete multidisciplinary team collaborates with individuals diagnosed with chronic, complex mental and physical health conditions.

Their mission is to assist all patients through a well-developed care pathway utilizing a recovery-oriented approach.

They seek Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) and Registered Nurses for Learning Disabilities (RNLD) who are dedicated to delivering exceptional, professional, and effective care while ensuring that service users feel secure and valued.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The candidate will possess experience working with patients exhibiting a range of mental health challenges.
Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act is essential.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and formulating risk management strategies is required.
Full-time (40 hours per week), the candidate will be expected to alternate between night and day shifts and complete a minimum of eight weeks of night shifts annually.

Must hold a relevant nursing qualification
Must be registered with the NMC
