Our Service: Woodlands provides specialist Level 2 Neurological Rehabilitation and Neurobehavioural services for adults. Our team is dedicated to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex patients, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning skills to assess, diagnose, and implement appropriate nursing support plans.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Lead the team on shift and provide flexible support to colleagues, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Collaborate with the Head of Nursing to deliver the organization's processes and ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- A current NMC Pin registration.
- A legal right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
