Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone's Lancer House development in Colchester, Essex.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the security and safety of the development, ensuring the wellbeing and happiness of our homeowners.
- Oversee the Care and Support teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen community spirit within the development.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge to lead by example and think on their feet.
- Previous experience in a Senior Care position, with a L3 in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent care skills and a warm, friendly, and organised approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive base salary of £13.56 per hour (day rate) and £11.44 per hour (night rate), plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
