This role offers a full-time commitment based in Gloucestershire, featuring hybrid working arrangements (2/3 days working from home) and a competitive salary of £42,275.
The successful applicant will possess substantial experience in managing responsive repairs, supervising subcontractors, and handling financial aspects. Candidates with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, provided they demonstrate strong IT capabilities and a genuine interest in the Housing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing repairs to ensure the delivery of scheduled works within residential Social Housing properties.
- Gathering and interpreting data using Power BI, and presenting clear reports to senior management regarding team performance and budgetary expenditures.
- Monitoring subcontractor performance and conducting site inspections/audits to guarantee compliance with established specifications.
- Ensuring that all works adhere to pre-defined financial parameters.
- Communicating updates to relevant stakeholders regarding ongoing and upcoming projects.
Required Experience:
- Background in Social Housing.
- Experience in customer interactions within the housing domain.
- Proficiency in managing responsive repairs.
- Experience in budget oversight.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Understanding of building maintenance with a track record of operationally leading teams.
- Experience within the Social Housing sector.
- Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.
