Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, particularly during maternity cover. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Care Assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and support to residents.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including administering medication and assisting with daily living tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and provide regular updates to the care team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and support.
Requirements
- Experience in a care setting, preferably in a senior role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
