Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, particularly during maternity cover. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and support to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Provide physical and emotional support to residents, including administering medication and assisting with daily living tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and provide regular updates to the care team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a care setting, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
