We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Lead Service Support Coordinator within our countywide Business Support Team, specifically in the Family Time Service.
In this role, you will collaborate with three other members of the Business Support Team, providing direct assistance to the Family Time Service while also supporting colleagues across various services throughout the county. Our work environment promotes flexibility and hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the compilation and development of new data sets.
- Support staff in utilizing internal systems effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with the service manager to ensure collaborative efforts are upheld.
Your expertise in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, will be crucial for success in this position. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a diverse range of tasks, possess strong communication skills, and can adhere to tight deadlines. You should be capable of working independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
This position is well-suited for those who seek variety and challenges in their daily responsibilities and can proactively identify innovative solutions.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in our team, ensuring that the service receives efficient, effective, and specialized support across all organizational functions.
Salary: The salary range for this position is £28,282 - £31,364 per annum.
