The Role: Registered Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at St Cecilia's. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Delivering person-centred care that meets the individual needs of each resident.
- Administering medication safely and effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Leading and supervising a team of support staff, providing guidance and training.
- Conducting ongoing assessments to monitor residents' health and well-being.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of all residents within a caring and supportive environment.
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A thorough understanding of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5).
- Knowledge of the NMC code of conduct and relevant practice standards and guidance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work rostered hours, including weekends and on-call rota as required.
