Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable care home in North East London. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing clinical guidance to the care team, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care
Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Ability to lead a team and provide clinical guidance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
