About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK - Bases. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation for patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from appointments, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during transportation
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience
  • Enhanced DBS certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
