Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

* Manage HR communications and queries, providing timely and effective responses to employees and management

* Maintain HR data and records, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information
* Ensure GDPR compliance, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to protect employee data
* Support HR projects, providing administrative assistance and coordination as needed

Requirements

* Experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
