HR Manager Opportunity

A forward-thinking role has become available at Pure Resourcing Solutions, a leading specialist company, to work as an HR Manager.

This position reports directly to the Head of HR and presents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to support business growth, drive cultural alignment, and lead an existing team.

Initially, this role will require working on-site 5 days a week, 37.5 hours per week, with occasional travel to other offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function operationally, with a focus on people management and strategic planning across the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a degree and possess a proven track record of both operational and strategic HR experience.
  • Demonstrate a history of innovation, creativity, and collaboration within a high-performing team.
  • Show resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit commercial awareness and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Have a keen understanding of analytics and experience working with HR systems.

In the long term, there may be flexibility with hybrid working arrangements, although initially, the role will require on-site presence. The company offers an exceptionally competitive benefits package, including a bonus scheme.
