Your collaboration with faculty, Academic Directors, and cross-functional teams will be essential in aligning the programs with current market trends and educational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the ongoing enhancement of a suite of programs to guarantee successful learning outcomes while adhering to budgetary and quality benchmarks.
- Oversee the complete project management of all programs within your portfolio.
- Manage program budget contributions, ensuring compliance with financial management standards and the efficient allocation of financial resources.
- Conduct research to stay informed about advancements in Executive Education open programs, ensuring that innovative ideas and technologies shape the learning design.
- Lead initiatives to assess and understand learning needs, effectively communicating findings to Academic Directors to inform program design.
