We are seeking an exceptional Workshop Manager to join our dynamic Test Operations Team at Forseven, a revolutionary company transforming the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the workshop team and facility (MIRA), ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Support the specification and commissioning of the facility and equipment, and assist in defining the operational strategy and work processes.
  • Supervise workshop staff, including recruitment and training, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to workplace safety regulations.
  • Oversee the overall operations and logistics within the workshop, including scheduling facility usage, organizing workflow, and monitoring consumable levels.
  • Manage Team CAPEX and OPEX alongside Team Resourcing profile.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Automotive/Motorsport Workshop Management position within the automotive/manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in Vehicle Development/Motorsport.
  • Engineering/Motor Vehicle/Motorsport Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Engineering/Project Management Qualification (desirable).
  • Experience in maintaining small vehicle fleets.
  • Eye for detail and a desire to deliver to a high standard.
  • Strong Leadership and Fosters a positive Team Culture.
