Overview:

Cotswolds Designer Outlet, a pioneering retail destination set to revolutionise the shopping experience in the Southwest, is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to spearhead the launch and ongoing management of its operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Centre Manager to execute the phased launch strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with premium brand standards.
  • Develop and implement robust health, safety, and crisis management protocols to maintain a safe environment for all stakeholders.
  • Procure and manage facilities management services and third-party suppliers to optimise operational costs while maintaining high standards.
  • Monitor and ensure the delivery of high standards in facilities management, working proactively with suppliers and site support staff.
  • Oversee all facility and contractor management (hard and soft services) and health & safety to ensure a safe environment for staff, tenants, and customers.
