Job Description

Performance Analyst | £400 Outside IR35 - 6 Month Contract | 3 Days Per Week

Burns Sheehan is working exclusively with a leading Real Estate company to hire a Performance Analyst to support their Systems Migration Project. This project will involve creating and developing calculation products, reviewing and refining existing models, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency within their datasets.

As a Performance Analyst, you will work closely with a team of analysts and a team lead to deliver high-quality results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models and calculations
  • Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance calculations

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, or a related field, and experience working with Excel, SQL, and PowerBI. A degree in a numerical field is required, and experience with stakeholder management is highly valued.
