Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality support and empower our service users to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to service users to empower them to plan, work towards, and achieve their outcomes.
  • Work effectively individually and as part of a team to achieve service outcomes and contribute to the development and smooth running of the service.
  • Deliver a tenure-blind, wholesome people and place offer for residents in Housing for older people and specialist housing, ensuring the needs of the wider community are met.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience of working with elderly and vulnerable people.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to provide a high standard of customer service.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • A good standard of general education.
  • Housing-related qualification or willingness to undertake professional on-the-job training.
Working Arrangements:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Based on site 4 days per week, with 1 day per week working from home.
Additional Information:
  • Enhanced DBS check required for this role.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between locations.
