Care Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care, preferably in a home care setting, although full training is available.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with business insurance.
  • Good professional and personal references, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding our values.
