Your role will involve guiding team members to assist individuals in leading a vibrant and ordinary life filled with opportunities, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.

Currently, those we support benefit from extensive one-on-one assistance throughout the day, complemented by shared support during the night.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for working with individuals facing enduring mental health challenges, a deep interest in the psychology of complex behaviors, and a readiness to learn and implement Positive Behavior Support strategies.

Active Prospects is seeking dedicated Senior Support Facilitators to enhance our complex care services.
