The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the water market, showcasing strong technical abilities and a successful history in business development, client relations, project oversight, and team leadership. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Model Development and Validation: Crafting robust sewer network models suitable for thorough analysis and solution creation.
  • Model Updates: Regularly refining models to enhance their accuracy based on specific study drivers.
  • Hydraulic and Water Quality Evaluation: Conducting intelligent assessments of catchment hydraulics and pollutant sources to identify needs and risks.
  • Integrated Catchment Modelling: Developing models to evaluate the interactions between sewers, watercourses, and surface flows.
  • Catchment Strategy Planning: Identifying hydraulic, environmental, and operational requirements of catchments, and formulating strategies to enhance performance.
  • Design Solutions: Creating preliminary designs and providing support throughout the detailed design phase.
  • Technical Guidance: Offering direction and advice to clients to facilitate informed asset investment decisions.

    • Serve as Project Director when necessary.

    • Support staff development through training and experiential learning.
  • Business Responsibilities:
    • Foster team integration.
    • Ensure adherence to corporate standards and policies.
    • Develop client relationships with key water and non-water company clients to enhance revenue and margin.
