Facilities Maintenance Associate
to join our esteemed team at Soho Farmhouse.
The Facilities Maintenance Associate is responsible for ensuring that all public areas, including lobbies and restrooms, are maintained in a pristine and orderly condition. This role promotes a positive image of the property to members and guests, requiring reliability, approachability, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be organized, trustworthy, and passionate about creating tidy environments with a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all public spaces
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Ensure the use of heavy equipment and machinery is handled safely
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in cleaning, maintenance, or housekeeping
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Expected Working Hours:
- Shifts may vary across the week, including evenings and weekends
- Average hours range from 32 to 45 hours per week
