Salary: £20,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £50, Company Car
Hours: Monday to Saturday (Day off in the week), with Sundays on a rota
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Negotiate with customers to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and loyalty.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met.
- Work collaboratively as part of a sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience and a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with customers.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
