Position: Strategic Finance Partner

Location: Lytham

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits.

Simpson Judge Ltd is collaborating with a prominent global organization in the Lytham region. They are seeking to appoint a Strategic Finance Partner who will report directly to the Group Finance Director and deliver financial insights across the organization, contributing to the ongoing expansion of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Construct financial models to facilitate strategic planning and forecasting.
  • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, including sales performance and payment objectives.
  • Gather and assess data required for Group reporting obligations.
  • Support in evaluating results; tracking variances; identifying trends; and advising management on actionable strategies.
  • Play a crucial role in the annual budgeting process of the organization.
  • Conduct productivity, utilization, and capacity assessments.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • The successful applicant will possess ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications or be in the process of obtaining them.
  • Demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly advanced Excel capabilities and Power BI expertise.
