Key Responsibilities
- Lead a balanced team and implement key processes and best practices to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the venue and senior leadership team to develop and monitor tactical plans to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensure all activities have a clear purpose and measurable outcomes, with a disciplined and pacey approach to completion.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activity and market trends to ensure the operation remains ahead of the curve.
- Lead a safe and hygienic operation, complying with all company and legislative requirements.
- Collaborate with the Everton team, Aramark stakeholders, and contractors to plan and deliver the mobilisation project.
- Own the day-to-day delivery of consistent and exceptional product quality and service standards to achieve and exceed department targets.
- Drive a guest-focused culture through consistently demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and appreciation of hospitality standards and venue needs.
- Appoint, lead, and manage the operational permanent team to ensure consistent and effective operational delivery.
- Be financially accountable for all operational costs and profitability of the operation.
Requirements
- Naturally confident leader with senior management experience to inspire large operational teams to deliver results.
- Experienced in leading the implementation of projects and change programmes.
- Confidently able to manage a mixed portfolio of outlets and business functions.
- Passionate about people and building and developing teams.
- Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills to influence all stakeholder levels.
- Previous P&L accountability.
