Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the workforce to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement action plans to reduce skill gaps and improve performance

Requirements:
  • Transport experience within an automotive environment (desirable)
  • Contract Management experience and experience within Multi-Site operations
  • Previous compliance and understanding within a transport network operation
