About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DC Pension Scheme Consultant to join our Defined Contribution (DC) consulting department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on their DC pension schemes, helping them to achieve better outcomes for their members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and driving forward the client relationship where appropriate
  • Stay up-to-date with market practice, legislation, and DC governance requirements, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice
  • Develop and implement DC investment strategies, identifying suitable investment structures for clients' specific needs
  • Conduct investment manager selection and DC provider exercises, supporting clients in making informed decisions
  • Support on projects, including master trust/GPP reviews and selection exercises, ensuring our clients receive expert guidance
  • Draft high-quality advice, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional results
  • Contribute to a team environment, providing leadership and guidance to other team members
