Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in the office

Cedar Recruitment Careers is collaborating with a prominent healthcare organization seeking a meticulous and proactive Credit Controller to enhance their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an accurate record by updating the sales ledger debtors report with detailed comments, call references, and dates of communication.
  • Provide necessary information or duplicate invoices to funding bodies as required.
  • Work closely with the contracts and referrals team to address any discrepancies related to rates or funding obligations.
  • Reissue invoices to new funding sources or forward them to the appropriate site sales ledger administrator, based on the monthly timeline.
  • Update the cash flow forecast with anticipated payment dates from funders.
  • Create a weekly debtors listing report utilizing the VLOOKUP function.
  • Engage with Shared Business Services, Local Health Boards, Councils, and private funders to follow up on outstanding debts.
  • Resolve any internal or external inquiries that may arise during the process.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • A positive attitude with a strong willingness to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
