Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radio Communication Support Specialist to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a Radio Communication Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' radio communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for radio communication systems
- Assist in the installation and testing of new radio communication equipment
- Collaborate with our clients' teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month and bank holidays
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desirable: rail experience and PTS card
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £23,795 pa, plus overtime
- Excellent earning potential
- Salary increases to £27,000 pa after successfully completing a probationary period

Working Hours:
Typical working week is 40 hours, with shifts including:
- Weekend shift: Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday (includes Bank Holidays)
- Monday to Friday at the Bishop's Stortford depot, 7.30am to 3.30pm
