We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors, to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Restock and replenish amenities, linens, and towels in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all needs are met and exceeded.
- Perform regular deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Restock and maintain housekeeping trolleys on a daily basis.
- Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and take ownership of replacing or repairing them to ensure an uninterrupted stay for our guests.
- Ensure that all equipment, including cleaning supplies and machinery, is in good working condition and report any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
- Carry out lost property procedures and assist other departments as needed.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and reliable with a strong commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including cleaning equipment and supplies.
