About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Orthotists and contributing to the development of our services. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care for all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Orthotists and contribute to the development of our services
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care for all patients
  • Develop and implement new technologies and innovations to improve service delivery
  • Share knowledge and experience with junior colleagues and offer mentorship to graduates
  • Contribute to in-service training sessions and help coordinate training programs

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Orthotist with a strong clinical background
  • Leadership and management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of new technologies and innovations in the field of orthotics
