About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at Southampton Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient running of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the car parks and surrounding areas to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and record car park counts, vehicle defects, and other relevant data to support business operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in distress or need of assistance, and ensuring their queries are handled professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain the appearance of the car parks and working areas, ensuring they meet company standards and are free from hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with customer procedures, including the handling of money and the use of relevant systems to manage car park operations.
  • Engage in radio communication with APCOA bus drivers and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and polite manner.
  • Answer the intercom and deal with all queries in accordance with APCOA's operating procedures.
